Welcome new Yellow Jackets! We are buzzing with excitement to have you as part of our campus and residential community. We know that exploring your housing options is an important part of deciding to come to Georgia Tech - find links below for information on how Housing & Residence Life facilities and our team can make Georgia Tech not just a campus, but a home for you!

Application Guide

Check-out the Application Guides for step-by-step instructions including screen shots of the Housing application. The housing application process and timeline for students who are new to Georgia Tech are different than they are for returning students. First-year, new transfer, and new graduate students have unique admission timelines that impact when you can apply for housing. Mostly importantly, all incoming students must be full admitted and commit to Georgia Tech by paying the Admission Deposit before access is granted to My Housing.

Please remember that housing is not required and not guaranteed for any student.

Spring 2024 Application Opens October 19 at noon

  • You must electronically sign the Housing Contract and submit your Housing Application to secure housing. Note - if you are under 18 years old at the time of application, a parent, guardian, or guarantor must sign your housing contract to complete the application.
